Asian Dinner Party for up to 8 people

Chef Paul and sous chefs will prepare and host a ten-course banquet style Asian Dinner with a mixture of small plates and main dishes served family style honoring my Chef's wife’s Cantonese heritage and traditions. The selected dishes will highlight the mix of salty, sweet and sour, crispy and umami rich foods that the cuisine is built upon. Steaming, stir-frying, braising and other techniques will be used to make this traditional dinner. Lastly, we hope to finish the banquet with a simple dish of long noodles – a sign of good fortune and prosperity. Dinner to be arranged based on mutual availability and weather permitting in late Spring, summer, or early Fall.
