Bidding Policy:
· Winning bidder has 24 hours to pay for their item.  If an item is not paid for within 24 hours, we reserve the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder, and so on.
· Bidders are automatically notified by Bidding Owl.  It is the bidder's responsibility to check their email/texts for notifications as to the status of their bid.
· Auction items may be picked up at the event.
· If you are not at the event, pickup is available on Sunday, March 1, from 1–3 pm at the Bloor West Food Bank, 379 Jane Street, Toronto M6S 3Z3 (Jane & Annette).
· All items are as is.  No refunds.
· Shipping/Pick up of items is the bidder's responsibility and can be arranged by contacting the Empty Bowls Fundraising Team.   
· All items are located in Toronto, ON, Canada. 
· We reserve the right to delete bids from participants who can't provide their own travel and accommodation to/from Ontario to redeem auction items.
