Ever wonder what it’s like behind the scenes in the school office? Here’s your chance to find out! One lucky student will spend a special day as the Official Office Assistant, helping the school office team with important jobs and fun tasks throughout the day.
Your student will get a behind-the-scenes look at how the office keeps the school running smoothly—delivering messages, helping with announcements, assisting the front office staff, make some copies, maybe even send a FAX! Along the way they’ll meet lots of students and teachers and feel like a true VIP member of the school team.
This unique experience is a student favorite and a wonderful way for your child to feel extra special while learning how teamwork keeps our school community running strong.

¡Ayudante de Oficina por un Día! ⭐📋
¿Alguna vez te has preguntado cómo es trabajar en la oficina de la escuela? ¡Esta es tu oportunidad de descubrirlo! Un estudiante afortunado pasará un día especial como Asistente Oficial de Oficina, ayudando al equipo con tareas importantes y divertidas durante todo el día.
Tu hijo/a podrá ver de cerca cómo la oficina mantiene la escuela funcionando sin problemas: entregando mensajes, ayudando con los anuncios, asistiendo al personal de recepción, haciendo fotocopias, ¡e incluso enviando un fax! Conocerá a muchos estudiantes y profesores y se sentirá como un miembro VIP del equipo escolar.
Esta experiencia única es una de las favoritas de los estudiantes y una manera maravillosa para que tu hijo/a se sienta muy especial mientras aprende cómo el trabajo en equipo mantiene fuerte a nuestra comunidad escolar.

Item pick up will be at the McKinley Family Fun Night on Friday, April 17th from 5-7:30pm (enter through the Elmwood Ave. gate at the back of the school to access event) or Sunday, April 19th from 10-11am in front of the school (349 W Valencia Ave, Burbank, CA). If you are unable to pick up during these times, please make arrangements with the Auction Chair, Cat Craven-Griffiths, at her convenience. Items must be picked up in Burbank and there will be no mailing of items to winners. You can use cash, check, or card when you pick up your items. If using a card, a 5% fee will be added to cover our administrative costs. Thank you for your support! La recogida de artículos se realizará en la Noche de Diversión Familiar de McKinley el viernes 17 de abril de 17:00 a 19:30 h (ingrese por la puerta de Elmwood Ave, en la parte trasera de la escuela, para acceder al evento) o el domingo 19 de abril de 10:00 a 11:00 h frente a la escuela (349 W Valencia Ave, Burbank, CA). Si no puede recoger los artículos en estos horarios, por favor, coordínese con la presidenta de la subasta, Cat Craven-Griffiths, cuando le sea conveniente. Los artículos deben recogerse en Burbank y no se enviarán por correo a los ganadores. Puede recoger sus artículos en efectivo, cheque o tarjeta. Si usa tarjeta, se le cobrará un cargo del 5% para cubrir nuestros gastos administrativos. ¡Gracias por su apoyo!
