Property has a paved driveway big enough for two vehicles. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs, plus a powder room (half-bath) and open loft for additional sleeping upstairs. The kitchen is stocked with the basics you will need to cook meals such as pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, and utensils (you bring the food). Enjoy your meals inside at the dinning table or out back on patio. Patio includes fire pit, outdoor furniture and dining area, and a BBQ grill. For those who love to shop, it is 8 minutes to The Village Shops! It is the perfect 'A-SCAPE' for making lifelong memories in the beautiful mountains of Big Bear during any season. Booking available during the months of May through September 2027, excluding major holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day). If it's already booked, alternative dates will need to be picked. This is good for one family and will expire if not used by the end of September 2027! Just a note: The winning bid includes a $125 cleaning fee that will be paid to the owner of the cabin to cover their out-of-pocket expenses for cleaning services.
