Winners that are connected via ACH with HCELC will be allowed to collect their winning items from Hillcrest anytime after the bidding closes during our normal operating hours. These winners will have their accounts debited their bid totals as early as 11/12/2025 but no later than 11/26/2025. 

Winners that do not have an ACH account connected with HCELC agree to pay via cash or check before collecting their winning items.
