Sauvignon Blanc (2024 - Hiatus Collection): Aromas of white grapefruit and a hint of tropical fruit highlight this beautifully ripened Sauvignon Blanc. Maturation in lightly toasted French oak barriques provides texture and depth, while the crisp acidity brightens the palate and a chalky minerality carries through the long finish.
Roussanne (2022): With an alluring and complex nose, this full-bodied wine offers a richly textured mouth feel with flavors of lemon, poached pear, marzipan, and shortbread. Decadence defined.
