Description

Gather your friends for a behind-the-scenes brewery tour at Birch’s on the Lake in Long Lake! This private tour for up to 10 people is led by Birch’s Brewmaster, who will guide you through the history of beer and every step of the brewing process — from mashing to carbonation. Along the way, you’ll enjoy samples and learn what makes Birch’s brews so special. Tours must be scheduled in advance by emailing the Brewmaster. Valid Monday–Thursday, anytime.

ITEM PICK-UP for silent auction is from 3:30pm - 4:30pm Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026 in the Hilltop Media Center. Please try to accommodate this timeline! If you need to make special arrangements for pick up, please contact Caty Dittrich at caty.dittrich@gmail.com. 

Please note that teacher/staff experiences and some other items do NOT need to be picked up and are noted in the item descriptions.  You will receive a confirmation email with details regarding these items from the teacher/staff or PTA the week after the auction closes.
