"Bridge Silhouette" is a framed etching signed by artist Arthur Cohen. Details: Framed and matted; numbered (33/250); dimensions without frame 11.5 inches x 9.5 inches; 20.5 inches x 22 inches with frame About the artist: A Guggenheim Fellow, Arthur Cohen was born in 1928 and is a native New Yorker. He studied at Cooper Union with Robert Gwathmey and Edwin Dickinson, and at the Art Students League with Reginald Marsh. Since his first one-man show in 1963, Cohen has had annual exhibitions in Provincetown, Massachusetts, and shows in New York City, 1970, 1976, and 1980. His work may be found in numerous public collections including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art and the Museum of the City of New York, the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, and the Hirshorn Museum, Washington, D.C. In 1981, Arthur Cohen was elected to the National Academy of Design.
