Description

Camp is co-ed for ages 6-12 and all about the fun. Your child will learn new skills, overcome fears, make friends, and have an amazing time. Coaches work together to create specific skill progressions based off the foundation of gymnastics. Our curriculum follows USA Gymnastics Levels 1-3 and safety guidelines.
Each day we focus on a word or characteristic to highlight the core values of being an athlete- Trust, Courage, Respect, Perseverance and Integrity. Throughout the week kids will work on:
body positions & awareness
flexibility
balance
coordination
strength
tumbling
vault
bars
beam
Tumbl Trak & trampoline

Camp will be filled with gymnastics, team-building games, crafts, awesome coaches, and more. The week ends with a final demonstration for family & friends.

Includes any weeklong summer camp.
