What parent wouldn't love their child to participate in a class that helps to develop concentration, discipline and decision-making skills? Why not combine both—with the coolest summer class that is one-part martial arts discipline, one part Jedi training, and all about enjoying a mental and physical challenge! Welcome to Musketeer Summer Sabre Classes at the Capital Fencing Academy in North Bethesda! One (1) Week of Summer Sabre Camp. CAMP DATES: July 13-17, July 20-24, July 27 – July 31, August 3-7, August 10-14, or August 18-22, 2026. 9 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday. Valid for NEW members only. Capital Fencing Academy provides all the fencing equipment for this class.

The Forest Knolls Spring Auction is our largest fundraising event of the year! The funds we raise are crucial for holding enriching, free community events, such as Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service and 'This Is How We Do It' night. The funds also provide grants to teachers and partners for school projects not covered by the annual budget, including books for the Rock N' Read Tutoring Program and equipment for the FKES Bike Bus. The auction will take place online from April 23 to May 2, culminating in a celebratory evening during the FKES Parent Social, where we’ll gather as a community to honor our winners and generous supporters.
