You'll learn how to: Select and pair cheeses, meats, fruits, nuts, crackers, and accompaniments Master cheese cutting, meat folding, and creative presentation techniques Design a beautiful board that's perfect for entertaining Take home recipes and expert tips to recreate your masterpiece for future gatherings Each participant will leave with a finished charcuterie board filled with everything they prepared during the class.
