Chocolate Learning and Tasting Class for Six People The class will cover the history of chocolate where people will learn about this exotic and transformative fruit. Learn the difference between dark, milk and white chocolate, cacao versus cocoa versus chocolate along with many other interesting facts. After discussing how to identify tasting notes we will indulge in a large variety of chocolates from makers around the globe.
