Commonly referred to a $1000 hat because you have to pay a $1000 entry into Circa Millions to get it. It is the one hat that Cody, Gold, Bink, Spec, Rob, and Dusty got for entering Circa Millions. They finished top 20% (which was good for $0 but they saved the hat for the Garage Sale
