The Library Company of Philadelphia, founded in 1731, is one of America's premier special collections research libraries, with approximately one million books, graphics, and ephemera. Let Curator Rachel D'Agostino create a presentation of historical materials from the collection on a topic of your choosing. The Curator will work with you to choose a topic. The Library Company has particular strengths in African American History, Women's History, Visual Culture, Medical History, and Printing History, but collection reviews could be crafted around almost any historical subject up to 1900. The Curator will display the materials for you and up to three friends and explain the historical significance of each during a 1.5 hour visit. Must be redeemed by May 1, 2026; Must be scheduled in consultation with Curator D'Agostino and take place M-F, 9-4:45; Experience will take approx. 1.5 hours.
