AROMA:  Inviting aroma of cinnamon and butterscotch
TASTE:  Soft hints of caramelized oak balanced with layers of spice and refined dried fruit with a touch of red berries.
FINISH:  Finished with smooth vanilla and a hint of clove. Aromas of cinnamon & butterscotch.

Aged for over a year in a combination of American Oak casks and delicate French Oak wine casks creating a complex and balanced profile with a sweet and smooth finish, vanilla dried fruit with a hint of spice that will appeal to discerning drinkers of fine whisky and cognac.
