All auction items must be picked up by September 12, 2026 at the Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center, 300 Main Street, Old Saybrook, CT. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of that item without refund. All sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds. Items may not be redeemed for cash. All terms and conditions are stipulated by the donor. The Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center assumes no risk, liability or responsibility made by donors or for consequences of trips or overnight stays purchased at the auction. The winning bidder agrees to assume liability for damage done beyond normal wear and tear. The Kate makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied.
