Dinner With the Decoys is an intimate evening for four hosted in the home of Tommy and Ruth O’Connor. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated multi-course dinner prepared by Ruth, trained at the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan, along with a private viewing of Tommy’s renowned decoy collection. Throughout the evening, Tommy shares his knowledge of decoy history and craftsmanship, creating a unique blend of fine dining and coastal sporting heritage.
