Description
Bruce WI is nestled on the banks of the Chippewa River, a small town of a little over 700 population, but BIG on things to do. Bruce is the Gateway to the Blue Hills, Christie Mountain and the Ice Age Trail. Plan on a two-day trip because there is so much to do in this adventure.
• Arrive in the morning and have complimentary fresh roast Columbia coffee and fresh bakery items at Gateway Gourmet. Stay to shop the 78 vendors craft items, wine and local cheeses and more. Everything is homemade.
• Tour L’Car Automotive Specialties in Bruce. Their team of craftsmen have prepared cars for touring and the show field including Best of Show Messerschmitt to the largest Daimler Double Six Sleeve Valve V-12 Royal Limousine. This tour is a once in a lifetime experience!
• Buff Creek Outdoors Guide Jacob Murphy will take you on a relaxing pontoon ride around beautiful Lake Amacoy. Located 5 miles south of Bruce, where we can have some cold drinks, snacks, laughs, and see the local wildlife that inhabits our area. After our pontoon ride, we will take a tour of the Historical McClimon Cabin – this privately owned cabin has never before been made available to the public and is a priceless piece of northern Wisconsin history. Built over 100 years ago, The McClimon Cabin is an amazing place to step back in time and see the foundation our amazing village was built on.
• Enjoy an over- night stay (two complimentary rooms) at the Gateway Inn and Suites which is located right across the street from Gateway Gourmet.
If you are an ATV or side-by-side enthusiast, bring your vehicles with and park them at the Gateway Inn and Suites, then explore the great trails up in the Blue Hills. Since this is a two-day adventure, plan to fill it with Discovering Bruce and all it has to offer.
This package is donated by Bob Lorkowski, owner of the Gateway Gourmet, L’Car and Gateway Inn & Suites and Jacob Murphy, owner of Buff Creek Outdoors, Fishing Guide Service.
Total Value: $450
