MUST BE WITHIN 25km OF KINGSTON. At all times Aanii Nichii Drones will conduct RPAS operations in accordance with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs): Part IX Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems. Aanii Nichii Drones RPAS pilots will decline or suspend any flight that does not meet the minimum requirements indicated in the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs): Part IX Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems.
