Description

Golf Gin:
Crafted with botanicals that can be spotted around the local grasslands and coastal golf courses in Scotland. Inspired by our proximity to the coast along the St. Andrews Links, we created a seaweed base gin from locally sourced Kombu seaweed. Its mild, umami profile is complemented with notes of quintessentially Scottish heather and lavender which adds a floral undertone.
Nose: Hints of juniper in a forest of lavender and spruce trees with a subtle underlying salty tang from the seaweed.
Taste: Balanced with a slight sweetness from the gorse. The heather and lavender add a floral note while the spruce and coriander provide a distinct peppery finish.
Finish: Crisp and fresh
Best served with a premium tonic, garnished with a bramble and a sprig of mint.

Love Gin:
Our pioneering pink gin is lightly sweet, flavorful and floral. Originally created for Valentine's Day, people loved it so much it became a permanent expression.
We use locally sourced raspberries and strawberries alongside hibiscus, goji berries, red rose petal and rhubarb root among other botanicals.
This gin has a beautiful pink blush color and packs vanilla and floral notes with a fruity finish.
Nose: Touch of warm spiced berries - strawberry, raspberries with sweet vanilla, and green fruits. Finishing with very delicate citrus pink grapefruit and floral rose petals.
Taste: Taste of rhubarb spice and sweet strawberries with vanilla, finishing with green apple citrus and a hint of rose water.
Finish: Smooth and fruity with soft vanilla notes.
Best served with premium tonic or lemonade and garnished with raspberries.
