This includes living trust, pour-over will(s), power of attorney documents, advance health care directive(s), nomination of guardian, and transfer of residence to trust. Does not include planning for estates over $10 million. Does not include special needs trust planning. Client must be able to communicate fluently in English as attorney is not bilingual.
