We decided we wanted to make some changes to the menu here, and we felt the best way to do that was to rebrand. Reilly Downtown is still open and unchanged. Why the switch to counter service? Transitioning to counter service with the option for QR ordering is about empowering our guests and improving efficiency. It eliminates the wait for technical aspects like order inputting or closing checks, allowing our team to prioritize hospitality and connection as well as allowing our guests to be able to enjoy their dining experience with minimal interruption. Guests gain control over their dining experience. Want another glass of wine? Simply scan the QR and the glass will arrive as soon as its ready! Need to get home to relieve the babysitter? Close out at any time! Is the pasta made in house? The rigatoni is made in house. The are not hand made, they are made using an extruder. We use a blend of flours including freshly milled wheat from BKW Farms just up the road. We cook our pasta al dente.
