Five session training introduction. You and your trainer will be the only people on the training floor during your workout. This provides a discreet workout that is focused solely on you. Kwik Fit is a state of the art training studio that practices high intensity resistive exercise. We provide dedicated one-on-one training using only those techniques and protocols that have been tested and proven through the scientific research as presented in Body by Science. The principal training protocol is built on the Big 5 workout, combined with Super-Slow movement. This protocol is proven to provide results after only 15 minutes of resistive training every 7 days. Your time and investment is valuable and we will never waste it with any form of exercise that is inefficient or ineffective. Kwik Fit is a high intensity resistive training studio, using a research based program that ensures you have an efficient and effective training session that will give you noticeable results.
