General admission to The Broad is free, but The Broad VIP Pass entitles the bearer to bypass the ticketing and entrance line and enter the museum at any time during open hours. Winning VIP Passes expire November 15, 2026. We are committed to providing a fun and engaging experience with materials and guides created for families and children of all ages. Visit our free mobile museum guide for fun activities, including a scavenger hunt and a free audio tour for families, Looking with LeVar. Narrated by award-winning actor, director, and education advocate LeVar Burton, this tour is fun for all ages. Look for artworks with this symbol to listen to family-friendly information about the work on the tour. All tours on the mobile museum guide include audio transcripts. The Broad was founded by philanthropists Eli and Edythe Broad on Grand Avenue in downtown Los Angeles. Designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with Gensler, the museum presents an active program of rotating temporary exhibitions and innovative audience engagement. The Broad is home to over 2,000 works of art in the Broad collection, which is one of the world’s leading collections of postwar and contemporary art. The 120,000-square-foot building features two floors of gallery space and welcomes more than 900,000 visitors from around the world per year.
