The doll is a Franklin Mint "Diana, Princess of Wales" porcelain portrait doll wearing the famous "Elvis Dress" gown. This dress, featuring a high collar and covered in faux pearls, was one of her most iconic outfits, worn during a royal visit to Hong Kong in 1989.
