They provide the lakes and mountain region surrounding Tamworth NH with wholesome, sustainable and tasty bread. They mix by hand using regional flour and house-milled grain, rise their loaves slowly with sourdough, and bake them on the hearth of their wood-fired brick oven.

Gift certificates can be mailed or picked up. All other items will be available for pick up at Blue Heron House (GMCG's headquarters) in Effingham, NH starting on November 18th. Pick up times for that week will be emailed to winners after they have paid for their items. We do not offer shipping of other items.
