Description

It's a real thing! 2 hours of FUN!! YOGA poses combined with STRENTGH, body weigh exercises AND GOATS, a PIG, and CHICKS! Plus games, prizes , food and lots of HAPPY VIBES!  All in a relaxed, beautiful outdoor area (weather permitting) that nourishes our heat, body, and soul. 
All levels of fitness, sizes, shapes & ages are encouraged to join. Bring your friends or some solo..  This will be EPIC!
