It ishighly encouraged to book well in advance to have the best selection of dates and availability.Scheduled dates are subject to change without advanced notice.• Per the National Park Service, each individual is permitted to raft through the Grand Canyon onceper calendar year, regardless of rafting company. Guests who have previously rafted within thesame calendar year will be denied access upon arrival.• The following camping equipment is provided for the overnight canyon stay: sleeping bag, cot,tent, camp chair, waterproof storage bag for clothing and personal items, reusable cup, life jacket.• Due to the logistical nature of the rafting expedition, a soft-sided duffle bag (maximum 24” x 13” x12”) is required. Hard-sided, hard-bottomed, or wheeled luggage is strictly prohibited, and thispolicy is enforced without exception.• Scenic flights from Las Vegas depart from Boulder City Municipal Airport at approximately 12:00PM (subject to operational adjustments).• Accommodations at Bar 10 Ranch are intentionally rustic to preserve an authentic Westernexperience. Private bathrooms are not available; however, semi-private facilities are provided.• Please advise of any dietary restrictions in advance. While guides do their best to accommodateneeds, meal customization may be limited due to the remote nature of the expedition.• Guide gratuity is not included.• Expected return time to Harry Reid International Airport is 6:00pm. Please consider this whenarranging departure flights.• Grand Canyon National Park entrance fee is included for all U.S. citizens. As of January 1, 2026,the Department of the Interior has implemented a policy in that all non-U.S. residents aged 16and older will be charged a 100 per person, non-resident fee.
