Description
This is a lovely mid-Atlantic native aster whose pale violet blooms reach about 3 feet. It prefers full/partial sun in medium to medium-wet soil. Blooms occur August through October. It is also known as “Crooked Stem aster” and is sure to be a pollinator favorite in a garden or woodland edge.
