Grinberg Method - 1 Hour Session

Description

Melanie is in her 1st year of training in a bodywork offering called the Grinberg Method. She is offering a 1 hour session. The Grinberg Method is a powerful modality that can help clients break deep-seated patterns, move past their habitual limitations, and develop a deeper attunement to their mind/body connection.She will investigate potential patterns through a foot assessment and verbal guidance. Once you discover a reoccurring pattern, she’ll work directly with your body using breath, body attention, and various forms of physical touch throughout the body. Because together you will work directly with your response to pain and fear, you’ll likely face some discomfort and intensity in service to the greater discovery of emotional and body attunement, and over time releasing life long patterning to allow more freedom, clarity and relief.
