Description
The traditional Unangan kayak, or iqyax (often called a bidarka), is a highly specialized skin-on-frame vessel designed for the treacherous waters of the Aleutian Islands. This beautiful kayak was handmade on Saint Paul Island with a wood frame and reclaimed airplane fabric.
