Bid on this one-of-a-kind literary item! Winners of this auction will receive a frame-able handwritten note from author Rufi Thorpe (The Knockout Queen, Margot's Got Money Troubles). The note will be handwritten by Rufi Thorpe and sent to the winner by mail. (The winner will receive their auction item no later than July 15, 2026. StoryStudio staff will be in touch for your address and details a week after the auction.) Author Bio Rufi Thorpe received her MFA from the University of Virginia in 2009. She is the author of four novels, The Girls from Corona Del Mar, Dear Fang, With Love, and her most recent, The Knockout Queen, which was a finalist for the PEN/Faulkner award. Her newest book, Margo's Got Money Troubles, was published in June of 2024. She lives in California with her husband and two sons, and teaches at The Book Incubator.
