Whether you believe that Christmas starts at the stroke of midnight on Halloween or not until the Friday after Thanksgiving, I think we can all agree that we about to enter the festive season. It's the time of year to celebrate and give thanks for the good things the past year has brought us, even if, sometimes, those good things are the slimmest of silver linings. However you celebrate, it's a time to gather for good food with good friends, and you'll need some wine to go with that. We've put together a new six-pack to help out. Our focus has been on festive, versatile, crowd-pleasing wines, and we think you'll really enjoy them.

For bubbles, we have a sparkling Cremant de Bourgogne; fruit-forward and bright, with enough minerality and acidity to keep things interesting, it's a versatile, all-occasion dinner party wine. A Viognier/Marsanne blend from Australia is fresh and aromatic, perfect for any time of day, any day of the week. A Chardonnay from Russian River brings crowd-pleasing richness and texture to the table. Fun and fruity, a bold Primitivo from Puglia is an exuberant party red, while a Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley is poised and eminently pairable. Finally, we round out the pack with a classic, old-school Côtes-du-Rhône that's rich, earthy, and elegant.

All auction winnings that may be emailed to winners will go out within 72 hours of the close of auction. All other items may be picked up at school on Monday, December 1 or on a mutually agreeable date. We can also mail you your winnings if you are not available on those dates.
