Built on a philosophy of open knowledge and shared artistry, our mission is to explore and cultivate the expansion of creativity and character in the next generation to design world-class, theatrical culinary cocktail experiences.

The lucky winner will be one of he first to receive a (1) ticket to any "Enthusiast Workshop" at our pop-up R&D lab. You will join Meredith for a 90-minute, hands-on journey, exploring the foundations of flavor, the hidden stories behind spirits, or the alchemical secrets to building your own creative cocktails in a fun and accessible environment.

Upon receipt of payment, items will be available for pick up by winning bidders at Time for Dinner, 8506 Manchester Rd, Brentwood, Missouri. Gift cards and certificates will sent by post or emailed.
