Initial Wellness Consultation: one of our Wellness Consultants greets you and does a complete health history and discusses plan for care. Chiropractic Physical Examination: the doctor completes a comprehensive evaluation which includes a postural assessment, gait analysis, biomechanical assessment, neuromuscular evaluation, muscle strength testing, range of motion and joint mobility. Chiropractic Treatment: involves HMT, chiropractic, and instruction of corrective exercises and stretches that can be followed up with by our Corrective Exercise Specialists.
Additional Information
After auction ends and payment is complete, we will be in touch to arrange mailing, drop off or pick up of winning item. Larger items can either be picked up at our office or we can arrange drop off locally in Santa Cruz County. These items can not be shipped unless costs are covered by winning bidder. We will mail certificates and smaller items and cover mailing costs.
