Description

Embrace personal expression and celebrate creativity with an unique floor standing decorative assemblage relief sculpture. Inspired by the preservation of our night sky and the awareness of Arizona's watershed conservation efforts, Satori's 4th through 8th grades collaborated to design, engineer, and erect a marvelous demonstration of juxtaposed recycled materials. This one-of-a-kind display stands freely at 5 feet, and the arms of the honored saguaro ribs reach more than a foot from the center of the durable desert toned concrete pedestal. The pedestal itself rests on a soft felt base, adding contrast and protection. Behind the scenes, a wooded post, which accommodates the assemblage, has been reinforced and cast into the pedestal to assure stability. Enjoy this timeless piece in your home, patio, or office space and allow the soothing yarn wrapped moon to illuminate your personal desert space. Embodying the true spirit of all individuals that have and will walk in these classrooms, we title this piece ""Instinctive Travels."" Specifications: 5' H x 1.5'D x 2'W 50 lbs. Materials: Saguaro ribs, recycled wood furniture, felt, yarn, hardware, sealer, paint, and concrete
