Description

Andropogon 'Blackhawks' are perfect for providing height and color to the garden, coming into prime a little earlier than other ornamental grasses. Darker green foliage takes on a deep purple background in midsummer, intensifying to dark purple and near black in some parts of the plant. Upright five foot tall plus plants stand out in the landscape, especially with other tall grasses. Full sun; average soil. 1 Gallon Container
