Description

12" x 12" Oil. Jean spotted this "knee" on the ledges of Delano Cove, while she was kayaking. This hard to find "treasure" is a natural curve from the root of a tree to its trunk, in the shape of a knee bend. Traditional boat builders used "knees" as boat ribs because of their natural strength.
