The 2019 Merlot is planted in block G, the coolest portion of the vineyard with mineral-laced clay loam soil. Aged in French Oak for over 42 months, this is one of the first red wine releases from the spectacular growing season of 2019. Blackberry, black cherry, and hints of dark chocolate. The 2023 Viognier presents light honeysuckle with classic peach and sliced ripe pears. The aromas give way to a lush and soft wine with a warm lingering finish. Pairs well with pad Thai, roast chicken, pasta primavera or sashimi. The 2023 Rosa Dia is a dry true pink Rosé fashioned in the Provence style. Our Grenache is harvested in cool morning hours when the combination of color, sweetness and acids are aligned. Fresh berries and floral notes in the nose followed by flavors of berries with a tease of lime zest. Enjoy this light dry Rosé with roast turkey, Chèvre or steamed shrimp.
