This is Kate Spade's Bloom Organza Maxi Dress in Tuscan sun with V-neck, embroidered design, crinkled ruffle trim, self-tie belt at waist and dual side seam pockets. It has a side zipper. This dress spreads sunshine into the room. Color: Citronelle or Tuscan Sun (yellow/lime green hue) Material: The outer shell is a blend of Tencel lyocell, rayon, and nylon organza with a 100% cotton lining.
