Sarah’s bowl cozies are made of cotton fabric and thread to wrap around your bowls and keep your hands safe when your food is too hot! Because they are not made with synthetic material, they are microwave safe. Pangea is blessed to have such incredible individuals come to us through our internship program. We cherish making long lasting relationships not just with the interns themselves, but their incredible family members as well. About the Artist: Sarah Robinson is the mother of Pangea’s 2025 Summer intern Reece Robinson. Sarah is a master quilter, using techniques passed down by the two generations of master quilters who came before her. She shares her skills with the special people in her life in the form of gifts like these. She is also known for making baby blankets for newborn community arrivals, creating beautiful quilts for people embarking on long journeys, and for her work supporting community organizations in her home state of Maine. She currently works to support the Somali Bantu Community Association in Lewiston.
