King Salmon Fishing on Puget Sound

Join Hussein for an evening of king salmon fishing on Puget Sound. I can take up to two guests, and I’ll be happy to share what he has learned from fishing these waters over the years. From Hussein: “The default is that this trip will be scheduled as a king salmon fishing trip in 2027 because the current season is closed. Alternatively, we can plan for coho salmon this year (2026) but I am less experienced with that fishery” The trip will last about four hours. Because king salmon fishing is highly regulated in Washington, we’ll go out on one of the limited days when the season is open. If the water is too rough or conditions are unsafe, we’ll need to reschedule. While we’re trolling, I may ask you to help steer the boat. It’s straightforward, and I’ll show you exactly what to do. One important note: fishing is never guaranteed. Some trips are successful, and some end without a catch—but either way, it should be a good evening on the water.
