An 18-ring kransekake is often at Norwegian celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, Christmas and other holidays. Kristine has learned from the best how to make this elegant dessert, Randi Aulie. Randi has been a lodge chef for many years and has passed on this knowledge to Kristine! She always gets rave reviews! The winner can make arrangements with Kristine in regards to when you want this special treat delivered to Leif Erikson Hall for pickup by you. Made with almonds, egg whites, sugar. Expires on 10/24/2027. Must give three weeks notice to donor Kristine.

A 5% processing fee will be added to the winning bid when you checkout. Please note: Colors in photos may not represent the true colors of the items. Purchaser pays shipping unless items fit into a business size envelope. Items may be picked up at Leif Erikson Hall, 2245 NW 57th, Seattle WA 98107, on Sunday, October 25, from Noon-3PM. Otherwise, call 206-783-1274 to arrange for pick up at a mutually agreeable time due to sporadic office hours. Any dishes won will need to be picked up at Leif Erikson Hall at a mutually agreeable time. PLEASE NOTE: No alcohol or wine will be shipped anywhere. It must be picked up at the lodge hall.
