During the warmer months, classes include a guided trip to the Lake Geneva Farmers Market (Thursdays, 11:00 am–3:00 pm), where you’ll select fresh, locally grown ingredients. Throughout the year, participants cook alongside expert chefs using the finest seasonal produce from local farms to craft gourmet appetizers, entrées, and desserts.

After all your hard work in the kitchen, relax and enjoy a fine dining experience featuring the meal you helped create.
