Hot, dry days and cool, crisp nights adjacent to Lake Osoyoos create an ideal environment for producing Lariana Cellars' deep, flavourful varieties. Handmade with care, they offer wines that are cherished and shared. Viognier (2025): Upon the first few swirls bright tropical notes jump from the glass. The rich mouth feel with fresh, balanced acidity is further dominated by ripe pineapple. A hint of citrus peel on the finish is a familiar note reminiscent of past vintages. Paired with butter grilled scallops was magnificent. Twenty Two (2022): This Cab Sauvignon-Syrah-Carmenere blend has engaging aromas of blackcurrant and black fruits with baker’s chocolate in the background. On the palate, vibrant fruit characteristics with hints of vanilla and cassis, supported by pleasant and approachable tannins. Mushroom bruschetta sprinkled with parmesan would be a delicious pairing.
