Items can be picked up at the Caring Carroll office, 255 Clifton Blvd. Suite 213 Westminster Maryland 21157, Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Certain purse packages cannot be shipped due to contents. This will be specified in the description. If item needs to be shipped, shipping and handling will be charged and determined per item.
