Come enjoy the benefits of the sauna in a community setting. We will set up hour long timed slots for people to enjoy the heat, cool off and repeat. The sauna seats 6. 

Wear your bathing suit and bring a towel. A typical sauna experience consists of 3-4 cycles within the sauna for 5-15 minutes. In between you can cool down outside. If we are located by the ocean you can do a dip, or we will have a cold plunge tub available for use.
