Life In Action ADHD Coaching Sessions

I am offering three (3) ADHD Coaching Sessions. I am a trained and Licensed Therapist and a Trained and Credentialed ADHD Coach. ADHD Coaching is a proactive experience that supports the client to understand their ADHD and to work with it and not against it in order to reach their goals. A ADHD Coach works with the client’s underdeveloped Executive Functions, self image, and their struggles with procrastination, perfectionism, sensitivities and emotional regulation. My suggestion is to look at my Website before bidding on this offer. This offer is for one person. The winning bidder may give it to another person. Each session is valued at $175. For a total value of $525. Session time is 45 minutes each.
