LIVE AUCTION ONLY: At Stretch Zone, we provide practitioner-assisted stretching designed to improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall movement. Using our proprietary stretching method and stabilization system, we help clients reduce stiffness, enhance athletic performance, recover faster, and move more comfortably in everyday life. Regular stretching can also help prevent injuries by improving joint mobility, muscle function, balance, and body mechanics. Sessions are customized to each client’s goals, whether they are athletes, golfers, active adults, seniors, or individuals experiencing tightness from work or daily activities. stretchzone.com TERMS: Must be at least 14 years old. Monday through Sunday 7AM - 7PM. Call or book online. Good for four 30 minute sessions at any of our 6 locations: Reston, Vienna, Ashburn, Bethesda, Potomac or Gaithersburg.
