LIVE AUCTION ONLY: Fresh, Homemade Artisan BreadThe following varieties are offered: - White - Whole wheat - Whole grain - Chocolate - Another variety of your suggestion!**Currently, sourdough and gluten-free varieties are not available, but may become available as I continue to experiment and learn more.Ingredients: flour (white and/or whole wheat), water, yeast, sugar, salt, and any desired mix-ins (e.g. seeds, herbs, spices, raisins, chocolate chips). Contains gluten.Artisan bread is made by hand using more traditional techniques and longer fermentation time than supermarket bread, minimal ingredients, and no chemical additives, giving the bread more flavor, aroma, structure, health benefits, and rustic character. The crust is typically thick and caramelized, while the interior is soft and chewy. Mix-ins or garnishes can be added for more nutrition and flavor.
